Mind if I call you "Honey Bun?"

As all good things, the show at the Sernidipi Tea House has come to an end, BUT... I was invited back for next year (yay!) AND... the drawings are now going up for adoption at Favourite unique gifts and accessories, at the Quay in North Vancouver!

This will come in handy when your playing quilting trivia: A honey bun is not only something sticky to eat, it's also pre-cut fabric in narrow strips!

I saw this honey bun and just had to have it. I have no idea what I'm going to do with it now that I've drawn it! Oh well, buying it to draw it was good enough justification. Hey I know, do any crafty people out there have suggestions what I could do with it?

  1. I LOVE your drawings, and will treat myself to one if possible once my sewing studio is built (hopefully this summer/fall).

re: fabric roll....How about something like this?

  3. These drawings are so brilliant Lysa. I may have to treat myself to one too, also pending a renovation of my sewing/laundry room.
This might sound uber simple, but bookmarks would be cute. You could sew a few layers of fabric onto home made paper. A little string with a pandora type bead on the bottom.

  8. Hi Lysa - are your drawings still at the Quay? I've been away almost all summer and haven't visited the Quay once! I want to see them in person!
